Established in 1999, Beijing Hanlin Hangyu Technology Development Inc. is a professional manufacturer of pharmaceutical equipment and is capable to provide complete set of solid preparation equipment for pharmaceutical factories. Established in 2012, Hanlin Hangyu (Tianjin) Industrial Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Hanlin Hangyu Technology Development Inc.. We have successively introduced nearly hundred sets of CNC machining equipment, which provides guarantee for delivery cycle and product quality. As for products, our company has improved the granulating line, procedure transfer equipment, mixing equipment, coating equipment and cleaning equipment. For this purpose, we have purchased Spain SAR LABORTECNIC Company with 40 years of production history and introduced its products and technology to Tianjin. Our company has also established laboratories meeting GMP requirements to provide users with convenience for process tests.
Products
We have various products for pharmaceutical manufacturing and now have become one of the manufactures with a wide variety of pharmaceutical equipment among fellow companies.
We mainly provide six kinds of pharmaceutical equipment:
1. Granulation line included wet granulation machine, fluid bed granulation equipment and fluid bed dryer.
2. Capsule filling machine covers single row capsule filler, double rows capsule filler and four rows capsule filler.
3. We have four types tablet presses: GZPT, GZPS, GZPD and GZP/ZPT tablet press.
4. There are two kinds of film coating machine: high efficiency coating machine and hopper replacement coating machine.
5. Tablet/capsule filling line consists of bottle unscrambler, tablet/capsule counting machine, inserting machine, capping machine, induction sealing machine and sticker labeling machine.
6. Blister packing machine and automatic cartoning machine.
