Working Principle
Materials are fed into granulating pot through vacuum feeder or lifting feeder. After the action of centrifugal force by mixing paddle, adhesive is injected by pressure liquid supply system through spray gun and the cutter rotates at a high speed, and then materials are bonded into hollow granules and discharged to next procedure (granule sizing or drying).

Structural Features
1. Wet granulation machine adopts the most advanced design concept of SAR LABORTECNIC Company.
2. Granules are formed more evenly because of the large-diameter pot.
3. The interval between pot and mixing paddle is within 1.5 mm, so there will be no residue.
4. Our wet granulation line is provided with terminal control system to ensure granulating reproducibility
5. Wet type granulator combines gas seal and mechanical seal. It is also equipped with upper and lower limits inspection of gas seal pressure.
6. This machine is equipped with the advanced WIP cleaning system
7. FDA/cGMP requirements are satisfied.

Application
Wet granulation line is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, dairy products, chemical, etc. Wet granulation machine is a process machine applied during production, for example, the production of tablets, capsule, granules and other wet granules.
