FBG Series Granulation Line
Working Principle
After purified and heated, the air from induced draft fan is sucked in at the bottom of fluid-bed granulating dryer, and then passes through the air flow distribution board of materials silo, so as to make powder particles or wet granules under boiling and fluidizing status in raw material vessel. After granules are preheated by purified and heated air and mixed, adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed during granulating to make several particles agglomerate into granules containing adhesive. This fluid bed granulation process will be carried out continuously and repetitively to form ideal and even micro-porous ball granules. The granulation line method is a comprehensive application of atomizing technology and fluidizing technology. It completes traditional mixing, granulating and drying processes in a single machine to realize one-step granulating.
Structural Features
1. Fluid bed granulator adopts the most advanced design concept of SAR LABORTECNIC Company. It improves material fluidity through powder granulating (mixing, granulating and drying).
2. This operation is carried out in a closed negative pressure system.
3. Fluid bed granulation equipment is provided with closed sampling function.
4. Our liquid supply spray gun system adopts the atomizing spray gun independently researched and developed by Hanlin Company.
5. The air intake control valve adopts proportional adjustment.
6. The air intake heating system can adopt two heating modes such as electrical heating or steam heating.
7. Fluid bed granulator is equipped with the advanced WIP cleaning system.
8. FDA/cGMP requirements are satisfied for production.
9. It can be provided with 10Bar explosion-proof design according to user requirements.
